    • This General Admissions Pass grants you access to Aniwa Gathering and all its activities, whether you choose to camp or stay at a hotel / Airbnb

    • Both campers and participants staying off-site with this pass will have access to the Gathering for all four days

    • Camping, which is a BYOT (Bring-Your-Own-Tent and gear) experience

    • Access to the toilets and shower buildings throughout the Gathering

    • If you’re bringing a vehicle, you will need to register for a General Parking Pass, Car Camping Pass, or RV/Camper/Trailer Pass

Boutique Camping

Upgrade your camping experience and book a Boutique Camping tent to enjoy extra comfort in a beautiful, private accommodation. Email info@aniwa.co for more info. Learn more here.

    • Options:

      • Full Bell Tent (4 Day): 1 queen bed or 2 twin bed frames and memory foam mattresses

      • Half Bell Tent (4 Day): 1 twin bed frame and memory foam mattress

    • Accommodations and entry to Aniwa Gathering for 1 (Half Tent) or up to 2 (Full Tent) people (i.e. you do not need a General Admission Pass)

    • Boutique Camping Parking access

    • Gorgeous Sibley Bell Tent with one other person (13’ diameter)

    • Soft linens, duvets, pillow cases, bath towels

    • Stylish rug, bedside tables, folding chairs, LED candles

    • Propane heaters (2 propane bottles included).

    • Private Boutique camping area with bathrooms and showers

    • Bell tents with A) 1 queen or B) 2 twins available

    • 5 minute walk to the central Gathering area

General Admissions Kid Pass

Embark on the ultimate family adventure at The Gathering. Enjoy activities together or check out Kids Camp.

    • Passes are available for:

      • Ages 0-1

      • Ages 2-13

      • Ages 14-17

    • This General Admissions Kids Pass grants children access to Aniwa Gathering and all its activities, whether you choose to camp or stay at a hotel / Airbnb

    • Both campers and participants staying off-site with this pass will have access to the Gathering for all four days

    • Camping, which is a BYOT (Bring-Your-Own-Tent and gear) experience

    • Access to the toilets and shower buildings throughout the Gathering

Vehicle Passes

General Parking Pass (4 Day)

Whether you're traveling with friends or on your own, park your vehicle at our convenient onsite parking during the Gathering.

    • This is a pass to park your vehicle at the on-site parking lot at the Gathering

    • General Parking Passes DO NOT include a General Admission Pass. All participants must have their own General Admissions Pass in order to be admitted into the Gathering

    • 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the central Gathering area

    • 15 minute walk to the camping area.

RV / Camper / Trailer Pass

Immerse yourself into the Gathering while enjoying the convenience and comfort of your own recreational vehicle.

    • Limited number available

    • RV/Camper/Trailer Pass (4 Day) grants to park your RV, camper, or trailer in RV parking

    • Only ONE (1) RV Pass is needed per RV (for up to 8 people, not to exceed the maximum legal capacity of your RV)

    • Please note that the RV Pass does not include hookups for electricity and water connections

    • RV Passes DO NOT include a General Admission Pass. All participants must have their own General Admissions Pass in order to be admitted into the Gathering

Car Camping Pass

Make camping effortless by parking your car at your campsite, allowing for easy access to your vehicle for sleeping or gear storage. 

  • A Car Camping Pass is necessary for each vehicle in the designated Car Camping area, while each individual inside the vehicle must have their own General Admissions Pass.

    • This is an add-on pass

    • With a General Admissions Pass + Car Camping Pass, you will have access to the Gathering, car campground, and venue amenities for all four days camping, which is a BYOT (Bring-Your-Own-Tent and gear) experience

    • Easy access to your vehicle

    • 10 minute walk across the meadow or 20 minutes around the meadow to the central Gathering area

    • Car campers may also visit the general campground

    • Not permitted for Car Camping: RV/Motorhomes/Campers/Trailers

    • Limited number of RV Parking Passes are now available

Accomodations:

This is a 4-day camping experience, we encourage all participants to stay in the ceremonial container in the collective energy. We do, however, understand that some participants need additional accommodations. In this case, we recommend booking an Airbnb or hotel near Holcomb Valley Ranch. If staying off-site, please register for a General Admission Pass (4 Day).

Indigenous Tickets:

These tickets are reserved for Indigenous participants. These tickets are non-transferable and available by application only. Tickets given through the Indigenous Ticket Program are $270 each plus taxes and fees.

These tickets are reserved for participants on a limited income who cannot otherwise afford our regular-priced tickets. These tickets are non-transferable and available by application only. Tickets awarded through the Ticket Aid Program are $270 each plus taxes and fees.

Cancelation Policy:

All sales are final and no refunds are allowed under any circumstance. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our event will move forward rain or shine, if the “Event” is cancelled in whole, or in part, due to Force Majeure there will be NO REFUNDS. IF THE EVENT NEEDS TO BE POSTPONED AGAIN DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE, YOUR TICKET WILL BE HONORED FOR UP TWO YEARS FOR FUTURE EVENTS.

A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event.
